I think a lot of people want Gus to do his best intimation of an English announcer, but he's not English.

Fuck the expats. Gus is an American calling it like an American would. I didn't see anything wrong with the terminology used. He's still getting used to the game, but you can tell he wants to do better and is making strides in the right direction. At least he has a damn pulse, unlike the hordes of other American announcers who have tried their hand at calling the game.

Not a Watford fan ... at all, but that is stunning stuff.

Four minutes of stoppage time and the goal is scored at 98 minutes, that's a Fergie Time goal for sure. Must have added quite a bit for the PK.

He doesn't know the game yet. I'm not asking him to be Martin Tyler in terms of his style or to use British phrases, but he has a novice's understanding and is thrust on the biggest stages. It's not doing the game any credit.

As to the Man United match, everything was pretty awesome today. He was class in his speech and he played one final Fergie mind game with Rooney.

Mancini is out. Not a shock, especially given his personality.

Here's a link with the TV call and then I'm guessing a radio call. The calls of that turn of events were chilling. I've already watched both at least 10 times.

Not a radio call. Just live commentary look-in from another SkySports channel.

Wigan is down and Arsenal clinch 4th if they beat Newcastle on Sunday.

A no-drama last day of the season.
