BATE Borisov strikes back for Eastern Europe, beating Bayern 3-1 and going top of its group with six points. Shakhtar got a nice draw at Juventus, too.

 

Since I'm The Championship correspondent, here's Leicester's Anthony Knockaert with a helluva brace (whatever the fuck a "brace" is). The second goal is crazy:

Holy smokes. That IS a crazy goal. One of the better ones I've seen in a long time.

 

I probably say this every year on the latest incarnation of this thread, but there is one thing that frustrates me about broadcasting soccer games. If the game is not being shown live, why don't they get rid of/cut down the long halftime break and just put short commerical breaks during game action. You won't need to miss anything and the station will make more money.

 

I can't find it right now, but somebody needs to get the second goal from Manchester United-Cluj and put it on here. Crazy goal with some back heel madness added to it.
