beIn Sport it is. (And what an awkward name for a network, eh?)

You'd think DirecTV would, I don't know, alert viewers there's a new soccer channel.

I think that Bein Sport TV - or whatever the hell it's called - launched yesterday. Only DirecTv and DishNetwork has it in the United States. I was out at a high school practice yesterday when I saw that bit, and called my wife to check immediately to see if we get that channel.

    We do. I'm happy.

Just checked...not on UVerse...yet. Word is they are working on it.

"Das Bein" translates to either "leg" or "bone" in English. So it's perfect for Fußball.

(And nope, I don't get it on my DirecTV. Schade.)

Yeah, my brother gets UVerse and is pissed he doesn't get this new channel. He's thinking of switching to Dish just to get it.

I am once again really, really happy to have DirecTV.

And Fox Soccer Channel should have the Eredivisie starting next season, which makes me even happier.

Who's winning the EPL (fuck "BPL"), who's going down?

    Winning: Manchester City
    Goin' down: Swansea, Southampton, Reading.

    Winning: City
Going down (in order of finish): West Brom, Norwich, Swansea

Lots of goals so far this morning...unless you are Arsenal, they can't find the net. Sunderland is clogging up the middle.

If the season ended right now, Liverpool would be relegated. And a lot of people would be really pissed that they spent all that money on season tickets.

I'm looking forward to the Liverpool documentary now...will be fun to see the behind-the-scenes of that match.

I think United wins it, then Fergie time ends as Sir Alex retires.

And Liverpool this morning ... yeeesh.

LOL Liverpool. Enjoy life in the big city, Brendan Rogers.

Meanwhile, in the match everyone here really cares about:

    Leeds 1, Wolves 0.

The march to the EPL middle of the table begins apace!
