    This is classic Deadspin.

    1. Claim racist City/United fans throw banana at black players. (Don't bother to check which section object was thrown from.)

    2. Have it pointed out that offending object is, in fact, bottle of Lucozade.

    3. Update post twice with semi-factual information, but refuse to change headline and/or substance of post, because.... ?

Deadspin: 80 percent sure, 100 percent of the time.

And in the context of the game, it is clear that fans were upset about the lineman’s call.

It is a completely bollocks post and should have been taken down and/or retracted.

In happier news, Burnley sit just two points out of Europe. Hoping Arsenal somehow gack it to Southampton in the rain.

1/3 of the way back for Man City 2 minutes in.

    City out. Barca out. Wow.

Was at City v. Liverpool. When Salah scored, I don't think I've ever heard a stadium go so quiet so fast. People started leaving. That was pretty early in the second half.

That Roma result is nuts. ESPN had Barca with a 98 percent chance of advancing.

Roma was the aggressor and better team from start to finish. Barca had nothing throughout and deserved to lose.

    Barca got what it deserved.

City seemed to think they tied the aggregate after the first goal.

Really hard to believe Roma moves through. Forza! etc., to the household favorites.

I dunno. They hit a post and had two more goals cancelled. But when Salah scored, that was really it.

Ref lost the plot at the end of Juve-Madrid. Not a penalty for me and you can’t send off Gigi there.
