That does suck. ALthough watching the Stars suck it up against the Canucks right now isn't very satisfying for me either

And CBC, who's "associated" with the league gets the shaft from the NHL.

Instead of the Pens/Ottawa game being on HNIC where it belongs, the league bends over for NBC and schedules the game on Saturday afternoon so NBC can show it.

CBC on Saturday night gets the Devils/Tampa game. Wow. Just wow.

As someone said, "The sound you hear is one milliong Canadian hockey fans making dinner reservations for Saturday night."

Sweet. Opening night of the Stanley Cup Playoffs and there's already a Double OT. Nothing quite as exciting in all of sports as a multiple-overtime, game-winning goal from your team.[/quote]

Demitra with a rocket past Brizzy. 1-0 Wild.

    Why isn't Gigure starting?

Sharks win 5-4. Patrick Rissmiller beats Tomas Vokoun and ends our first multi-overtime game.

God is playoff hockey friggin awesome.

Selanne ties Ducks-Wild at one. And it's beginning to get chippy...

Doing good. Wish I was headed down to the ATL for a game. Trying to get tix for Games three or four.

    I love playoff hockey.

  9. Good game so far at the Honda Centre.

    Perhaps this is the reason:

  11. This second period has been a yawner.

Not many shots being fired in the net.

Should be interesting in the third period at Anaheim.
