The Stanley Cup Playoffs

Just got back from Atlanta (as a fan, not as a journalist). Man, what an atmosphere. I hope we looked good on TV, because it seemed like the place was absolutely rocking. I would have liked a win, but I thought overall it was a good first effort for a team new to the playoffs. I really don't think that Kovalchuk and Hossa are going to be kept off the scoreboard this entire series...

 

Buffalo-Isles looked pretty chippy for a playoff game, especially at the end.

 

You obviously don't remember North Stars - Blackhawks playoff games from years past.

 

Was that back when they still showed NHL playoff games on TV outside of the Twin Cities? ;D
