No, I am NOT kidding. I am beyond angry about this.

FSN North will be broadcasting Sunday's game. 45 gets the rest of the games, which is fine if you live in the Cities or have a dish which gets Cities stations.

Which just goes to show that all the lip service about Minnesota being "The State of Hockey" is just a bunch of bull -- once again the Cities people forget that there is more to Minnesota than the Twin Cities.

  2. That is horrible then, Rosie.

Some of us have people who labored in Hull Rust and remember. :) Doesn't Hubbard clear the games on any of their other stations? Is 45 the only one?

I didn't realise Minnesota was in Khazakstan. :)

OK, question time. If, by some miracle, the Isles beat Buffalo in the first round, should they stick with Dubielewicz or should the re-insert DiPietro?

I can't fathom a change midway through a series -- unless the Isles somehow squander a 2-0/3-1 lead, but even then, the possibility seems remote.

    Now this could be interesting....

    Cherry to make US debut

That is, if I even cared about the playoffs, which I don't anymore since I can't even watch the damn things! [/pathetic looser fangirl]

Don Cherry makes Don Imus look like a calm, reserved speaker who thinks about what he says.

Isles gotta go with the hot goalie, and that's Dubie.

Over the first six, I think he gave up a total of two infield singles to Mike Sweeney. Control was off, but his stuff was still damn tough to hit, Royals or no Royals.

Bobcat McCowan was saying Burnett loaded the bases (in the fifth?) and "got lucky to get out of it" when he induced a hard-hit bullet liner that was fielded on a hop at first for an out.
