The Belmont won't be a problem since it will air on ABC.

Shitty timing for the D-man to toss Giguere his stick as the puck was coming in.

Wade Redden with a PP goal to give Ottawa a 2-1 lead about ten minutes ago. Senators are beginning to take control of the game.

As an aside, saw Cuba Gooding Jr and Bill Goldberg hanging around ticket office will-call while I was waiting in line. Not together, I mean. Just there.

Gooding has one of those cards that allows him to get into any NHL game free anytime he wants.

I read somewhere that the NHL gives them to celebrities because they want to create buzz and they think that celebrities showing up at games does that. Wish they'd give them to people such as me who can't afford to go to many games!

The only Thrashers games I've managed to go to were ones where I got free tickets for donating blood. How sad is that?

WOW my upper deck tickets cost me a pint of blood!! But I did check and they would have cost me $40.

I may have been just looking in the section where the Red Cross tickets were.

I think the big man is going to be a great player before long. Once he realizes he can dominate, there won't be anyone that can stop him.
