    Terrible that instant replay review couldn't allow that INT, but all-in-all a brilliant comeback win for a once-powerful program that is struggling.

    My point was that if you don't make the two-pointer, you are down five. If you make the PAT you are down four. So either way, you need a TD to take the lead.

    But you knew that.

    Right, I got the point, I wasn't trying to be a dick, either. I was just saying that being down four is better in a lot of situations, situations that are quite likely to come up with so much time left. If you're down 5 and the other team scores a field goal, you need 8 points instead of 7 -- this is bad. If you score a touchdown, a team just needs a field goal to win instead of a field goal netting them a tie -- this is bad. There are other permutations, I'm sure, that make being down 5 markedly worse than being down 4. That's all I was trying to point out.

    No, I see what you were saying. I was more annoyed at hondo completely misunderstanding what I was saying in the first place.
