I've seen it done both ways. Do you have to turn every discussion into an issue of how smart you think you are as opposed to how dumb you think the other person is? I've seen coaches for two in the late second quarter in those situations. Plus, FSU had a lot of mo going and sometimes going for two is smart if you've got the defense on its heels.
There's no right or wrong in this situation. But I forgot ... where did you coach DI ball?
