Being three hours from Rouleau was a major selling point for me on taking a job, once. Looking back, that says bad things about my decision-making processes.

Finally watched the first "Sherlock." Seems like a slightly more grown-up, serious Doctor Who, but that just may be because it's Moffat and a tall, dark-haired man who wears a long coat and twirls around with his arms out when he's speaking excitedly. But I could be reading too much into these things. I dunno.

I love Canadian accents. I hope to marry a woman with a Canadian accent.

Who curls. Something about a woman sliding on her knees while yelling "Hard!"

What would YOU be bringing to the table in this exchange. After all, JR hasn't actually married me yet. ;)

I finally got around to watching "The Following." Finished the first season Thursday night.

That show is so damn good.

You watched the whole season and you still think that?

    I sure as hell do.

I'm puzzled at some of the eye-rolling in here about that show. I guess it's that suspension-of-disbelief thing again.

Yeah, I mean, I miss a LOT of plot holes. I basically turn my brain off while watching TV.

But the insane amount of bumbling by the FBI in that show was too much, even for me. Too many chances missed.

The twists that show takes, for me, makes that all totally worth it.

Joe Carroll's storyline through the first couple of Season 2 episodes has been wild, even for his character.
