    The Weather Channel returns to DirecTV tomorrow. After TWC apologized to DirecTV and agreed to cut half of its reality programming on weekdays.

    I really like JLD. I want to like the show more than I do.
    But it really just leaves me a little flat. By the end of the first season, I was pretty lukewarm about it.

    It gets watched every Sunday because another person enjoys it a lot.
    I just kind of sit through it.

    It's one of those shows where we think it just has to be better than it actually is. So we show a bunch of patience for it and our patience doesn't really get rewarded.

    I think Veep is one of those shows that really needs to be saved up on the DVR and binge-watched.

    Agreed. The addition of Pollak was a good one, as has the adoption storyline...

    And they're not afraid to get dark. There have been a few legitimately moving moments in Season 1.
