I deleted Gotham from my DVR without watching a second of it. I was excited about it when I heard it was coming out, but the more previews I see for it, the less I wanted to actually watch it.

Blackish is solid. I like Fishburne and Anderson, but I can't stand the cross-eyed wife.

Sounds like she was doing a spot-on Hillary impression. :D

    Yeah. Her eyes really are.....something.

She's got a tongue-in-cheek delivery. I think it works with her character. She's not overwhelmed by her surroundings.

She looks like she was hit in the face with a shovel.

Watched the first three episodes of A to Z today and find it (and her) quite fetching.

It's been interesting to watch Alicia Florick's character drift into Heisenberg territory the last few weeks.

It's funny, I bailed on Grey's Anatomy when I realized it was just about who was sleeping with who on which week. Almost bailed on Scandal when I realized it was anything but The West Wing, (I figured at some point the audience would learn that Olivia and the President had a thing at some point - but the first episode?), but once I just went with it I was fine. HTGAWM though throws me off, just because a law firm with three lawyers and four interns has burned through three cases and looks to dispose of a few more in just seven weeks. The timeline is distracting (and the flash forwards/back don't help). At least Law and Order didn't try to pretend they went from solving a case to trying it in a week.

I think my initial enthusiasm about The Knick has cooled considerably. Not enough focus on medicine. Too much on forced, rushed sideplots.

Finally got around to The Affair and liked it more than I thought, mostly off hearing reviews from friends and critics. I like the split stories. I'll pretty much give anything with Wire alums a shot anyway. Cool to see how much the two stories sort of diverged from each other, in terms of what they recalled. I'm in.

I'm watching Dexter for the first time. When should I stop? I've heard to either just watch the first two seasons or to watch the first five.
