So with TV shows dwindling to a pause for Dec./Jan. what is everyone going to watch to replace the time they spend watching the shows that take a break?
My wife bought season 1 of Orphan Black and we're going to watch that together on Monday nights instead of The Walking Dead and Homeland from the DVR.

I have enough stuff sitting on my DVR to last me until January. Might watch some random shows on Netflix, but I'm basically excited over the prospect of maybe getting caught up before they come back. (Basketball season is delightful and eats up so much of my time.)

Orphan Black is terrific, though. You'd better prepare to buy season 2.

Been working my way through Breaking Bad on Netflix.

Holee shit. I don't know why I never watched this show when it was on TV, but my God, what a damn great show.

Exactly how I felt when I watched it, KY.

Speaking of shows I wish Netflix -- or someone else -- would pick up: Revolution.

Got through both seasons and was pissed at the cliffhanger ending, like a lot of other folks who watched. I think it's dumb NBC cancelled it, but I hope someone picks it up or it gets made into a mini-series to end it.

I've been watching it since the week before Thanksgiving, and I'm now two episodes into Season 4. Part of me kinda wants to slow down and enjoy the ride; the other part wants to know what happens right freaking now.

I had my own pacer, because my wife insisted I had to wait until she could watch each episode with me. That kind of limited the nights.

  8. Started Penny Dreadful. Pretty good, so far.
Enjoyable intertwining of Dorian Gray, Count Dracula and Frankenstein.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind more of that show...it was decent and had some good eye candy between the Greek chick and the blonde from Lost as a mother-daughter team.
Amazing how in the apocalypse women still have white teeth, washed hair and perfectly fitting leather laying around. LOL

Wow, just picked up Breaking Bad.

    Oh, wait.

    No I didn't.

I actually rode the wave while it was occurring. I didn't wait for pop culture to tell me how great the show is.
