Two episodes each? That would mean Sports Night will turn over every month or so.

I remember when FX first started in the mid-late '90s it ran NYPD Blue because that was a 20th Century Fox production. Hopefully it finds its way onto the FXX schedule. I miss that show and can't believe it's not running syndicated anywhere.

    I'd be OK with that.

Yeah, I'd like to rewatch it at some point. I watched it last year for the first time on Netflix, but it's no longer available.

I still can't watch this show because of how bad the first two seasons were. And that sorta reminds me of how 24 was received in Season 3, which was pretty damn bad for the first six or seven episodes but rebounded with a pretty solid run.

Watched the first episode of Broadchurch on BBC America. Similar to The Killing, but I think it will be better. The hook is that one of the detectives knows everybody in the small coastal town and her son was friends with the victim, and the other detective has been reassigned to the small town after a scandal of some type while working in the big city.

Watch Luther. It's on Amazon Prime right now.

    Just watch it.

The Newsroom finally had a really good episode this week. I'm sure it's a one-off (it was a little gimmicky as it took place over the course of one hour), but it was pretty West Wing-like.

Sorkin does love to go for the gut punch. I agree that this was the best episode of the season to date. Helps to have the crew back together.

    But I don't have a crush on Alba. :)

    Damn good show.
