    It's still a great show.

Got caught up on Hell on Wheels. As a train and western history fan it's fun to watch. Hard to admit that I miss The Swede.

I finished Orange is the New Black last night, and I really liked the season as a whole. It's one of the best seasons of TV from the past year. I agree with others on here, though, that I enjoyed most of the side stories more than the stuff with Piper. I'll be interested to see where they go with it in season 2. I could see it going off the rails pretty easily.

On a side note - I love the song Regina Spektor did for the credits. That's not surprising, though, as she is my favorite current musical artist.

  4. I lost interest about midway through season 2.
It seemed to move away from the original revenge premise pretty quick.

I think I enjoy summer TV more than the usual fall campaign. Suits, Franklin & Bash and Major Crimes are so enjoyable.

Donald Glover made his own 25-minute version of Tiny Furniture. It's not good enough to warrant its own thread, but it is on YouTube for free:

Danielle Fishel, Chance the Rapper, Flying Lotus, Trinidad James and Abella Anderson make appearances.

I'm working on catching up on Breaking Bad and have blown through the first three and made it into Season 4. After (MINOR SPOILER WARNING) watching Mike just roll his eyes after getting part of his ear shot off, I now have a new favorite character on TV.

Terriers, which I just finished, lands at No. 3 on my favorite one-season shows, behind Firefly and Freaks and Geeks. I can't recommend it enough for anyone, whether or not you like cop shows, whether or not you like episodic dramas, etc.

The obvious comparison is Magnum P.I., but there's a spirit of a more complex show inside. The serialized plot has strong ties to The Wire and Veronica Mars.

Just watched the last episode of "Broadchurch" and am completely gutted. Can't remember the last time destroyed me emotionally like this one did. Absolutely brilliant writing, acting, cinematography - FOX is insane if they think they can improve on it. Or even equal it.
