I just finished the first season of Broadchurch. Since it follows the same general outline as other stories that are set up like this, after the first half of the season, I guessed most of the major plotlines and the killer for the rest of the season. That took some of the sting out of it, but it was still really well done, and the big emotional scenes that I was anticipating in the last episode were wonderfully acted.

It's also one of the most beautiful shows I've ever watched. Such striking colors and settings. It has few TV peers in terms of cinematography, even I was not a fan of their overuse of slow motion, especially early on.

The CMT reality show "Guntucky" features a family from West Point, which is about 20 miles north of where I live/work.

The business the family is involved in, Knob Creek Gun Range, has had ads in our paper before.

That being said, Duck Dynasty stuff is everywhere. Never seen any Guntucky merchandise.

Got a better chance of finding the Bloom-Dunst "Elizabethtown" movie, which was named after the city I was born, raised and work in, than finding Guntucky stuff.

I'm way late to the party on Duck Dynasty, but holy shit do I love this show...

A friend of mine co-wrote the books, so I had to see what the big deal was...

I've heard and read nothing but rumors and speculation regarding The Newsroom coming back for a third season, but tonight's episode sure felt like a series finale. Way too many plots and subplots wrapped up in a neat little bow. I know the show had its ups and downs, but I did enjoy the finale. It might be best to leave it there given how they tied up so many storylines.

Just finished the first season of Deadwood. Quite enjoyable.

Just finished watching it in my DVR and I echo your thoughts 100 percent. Everything wrapped up so nicely in the last five minutes that it felt as though going further would be pointless. It's almost as though Sorkin wrote it that way in case it's not brought back.

Jeff tweeted last week he believes it will be back...but they did tie a nice bow around it just in case.
Which only means one thing..shitty season 3 with hashed together storylines.

I still love the reruns of the original The Fugitive. Runs every Sunday night on METV.

The one tonight originally ran in the final season on Jan. 24, 1967. Guest stars include Jack Warden and Harold Gould, both in their mid 40s.

I was reading a few things online and it sounds like that tweet was premature. It sounds like everybody wants to return, but Sorkin isn't sure and there is no way they would go on without him.

I know it makes me look old, but I enjoy a lot of what METV has going on.
