Andy Greenwald's review of "Dads" is gold Jerry, gold:

The hatred for this show fascinates me. It's not a good show, but there are so many shows out there that are far worse from a quality standpoint and far worse from an offensive standpoint.

Ooooo, mizzou ,,, I don't know. That there's a powerful bad show, offensive at every opportunity without saving itself by being funny.

Theories on how Sherlock survived his fall: http://www.buzzfeed.com/danmartin/the-9-best-theories-about-how-sherlock-faked-his-death. I can't wait for it to be back. The 50th anniversary episode of Doctor Who (which I'm seeing at the movie theater) is the only upcoming episode that trumps Sherlock's return for me.

I mean, I have a REALLY low bar for television entertainment, but my DVR is full every night and I still have to find some stuff online.

I'm with Rick on this fall being a bit of a dud. The only dramas I keep up with are Boardwalk Empire and Homeland and while I still like Boardwalk better than most, it definitely feels like a letdown after the excitement of the Breaking Bad summer.

What is sad about it is all of the actors have been funnier and been in some great stuff - one person slumming? Okay, I get that. All four?
I know how this happens. One guy makes the mistake of saying yes. Another one says - I've always wanted to work with him. Then another, then another. Funny thing is - if Mull and Reigert were Bosses instead of Dads I think it could a hell of a lot better - but putting the sons in the superior position enfeebles the two older actors who can and have played smarmy windbags to perfection.

Well, Green & Ribisi are pals with Seth MacFarlane, so that explains that. And when was the last time Mull & Reigert were in anything good?

Green is hilarious in most of the stuff he does... Truly talented and puts out some inspired stuff... Ribisi is solid. Mull has had a hell of a career even if he's at the end of it. Riegert had one iconic supporting role and has been doing good, solid supporting character work since... Damages and Sopranos jump to mind... They all could do better than this show, but it would be easy to understand why they would all jump at the chance to work for MacFarlane.

Two Broke Girls is so much more offensive than Dads ever is. Two and a Half Men isn't quite as bad as it used to be, but it's close. Then there were so many of the new shows that were just garbage.

My girlfriend LOVES "Two Broke Girls," so I often get roped into watching it.

The ENTIRE show is set-up/Kat Dennings punchline, set-up Kat Dennings punchline, set-up Kat Dennings punchline.

At least there's decent eye candy, but even staring at cleavage gets old after 30 minutes.

Yeah, if you want to see the best of Kat Dennings, just do a google images search for her. She's hot as hell, but I actually stopped watching that show and considering some of the pure shit shows I watch (background mostly...) that's saying something.

    Accurate depiction of Kat Dennings:
