Well, it's not like Beth Behrs is ugly ...

    I agree.

But I've never understood the rationale for watching a TV show for eye candy. The last TV show that lacked eye candy on some level was Golden Girls.

This is it exactly. Nothing on right now comes close to Breaking Bad, Homeland has been awful this year, and Boardwalk is just now (last few episodes) started to pick up.

I've pretty much shut it down on series TV until Game of Thrones comes back in March. I'm still watching Boardwalk Empire, but only out of obligation.

This is my time of year to watch old shows on Netflix I haven't seen yet. About halfway through both Friday Night Lights and Arrested Development right now, and gonna watch Louie next.

I've given up on quite a few of the new shows pretty quickly... Michael J. Fox show, Super Fun Night, The Millers... Crazy Ones and The Blacklist are the only ones that I've consistently watched. Brooklyn Nine-Nine isn't bad too...

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is the only new show that I have stuck with. I'll catch up with Masters of Sex at some point but I'm so far behind on my current shows that the odds of that happening soon are slim.

We dumped Michael J. Fox and Crazy Ones from the DVR when they both reached half a dozen and we hadn't watched them yet.

I don't think I could watch something with an autistic child character.

Interesting. I've read other parents of autistic children love the show.

Yeah, everyone's got different reactions. Some parents seem to love to throw themselves into it and make it a big part of their identity/social life/etc. So far, I've had no desire to do that. Abed jokes make me laugh, but that's about it.

Out of the new shows ... the Blacklist for sure. Crazy Ones. Mom. And I've got a soft spot for The Goldbergs. I might watch Trophy Wife after that, but it's getting pretty stale already, unfortunately.

    And that's about it.
