I'm about 72.3 percent sure I would enjoy that show more than the self-parody that Modern Family has become. That said, Luke Dunphy is too great to resist. I may catch up on that before next season.

Good Survivor tonight. Real good Survivor. One of the better tribal councils. And I knew Cochran was pasty, but the guy must be using SPF 150.

Has anyone bothered with Hemlock Grove, AMC's new series? The reviews are brutal.

My issue with orginal Netflix series in general is, why watch them when Netflix Instant has so many other things to watch?

I watched the first ep last night when a friend of mine on Facebook said she'd been sucked in. It's too "American Horror Story" for me.

And I liked what I'd seen of House of Cards. Might need to revisit it.

Anyone watching "Bates Motel" on AMC? Quality show.

Almost seems to me they wrote the Garrett and Perkins characters after Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand's characters in the Focker movies.

I watched the first episode but missed the second because of other games/shows on my DVR. Episode 3 is still in my DVR.

I got out of the habit of watching Nurse Jackie and missed a season or two. But I caught an episode a few weeks ago and am hooked again. Some of the annoying stuff seems gone and she's gone through rehab and a new character or two has me interested again. It also seems they removed some of the annoyance of Zoe's character.

Very good news: NBC has renewed Parenthood (along with Grimm, Revolution, Chicago Fire and Law & Order: SVU). Last season might have been my least favorite, but that was caused directly by one plot that made me roll my eyes at the schlock and one that irked me because I dislike both actors involved. I fully expect a bounce-back fifth season, particularly if Mae Whitman's role increases.

Parenthood is one of my wife's shows, so while I don't follow it I occasionally catch an episode. It's not bad. Certainly better than some of the other shit she watches. I can't handle The Vampire Diaries. God, that's awful even for teen drama.

The Following has the most idiotic cops since Rosco P. Coletrane wore a badge. I understand the leads (Bacon and Parisse) have to do the EXACT one thing to ensure that the baddies can kill more of their brethren in every episode to stretch this thing out to 15 episodes. It is the other cops that continue to follow them that I don't get.
