Couple of tweaks you should make:

On Rush, it should read "A band that sucks, or a band that is awesome."

And on your poolboy one, it's "frou-frou drinks"

Let's Be Careful Out There: A Bootsism, from a thread in which Boots concocted a story about sexually harassing a co-worker. HR admonished him but, within seconds, apologized.

  4. Doggie periphinary: Sportsbruh's attempt to spell paraphernalia, which makes nearly as much sense as his defense of Mike Vick.

Oh but we should at least spell it the right way ... first time I saw it, I thought he was trying to say perineum.

  7. good point. I guess it should also say "... makes about as much sense as Sportsbruh's defense of Michael Vick."

Extraneous but at the same time, pertinent ...

Rush: A band four SportsJournalists.com'mers unwantingly listened to on the 1,500-mile road trip to and from Toronto SportsJournalists.com Outing 2006. Thanks Sam_Mills 51.

For the record, I consider this a cheap rip-off of BYH's thread. He's probably not too proud to say it himself, but I figured I'd spare him the embarrassment and post it for him.

BYH's thread was good (assuming you're talking about the original style thread), but I do like the way we're getting all the terms listed near the front instead of interspersed throughout several pages.

BYH was good at first, but then he went too far.
