  1. Fine. Then you shouldn't have made an assertion you thought would start partisan bickering.
I'll withdraw the Bush part of the question, but I still want to know what you mean by "responsible on foreign policy."

I'd actually like to hear the answer too.

OK, I'll throw you what you want to hear - he agrees with me often. The problem I have with many politicians with whom I disagree, is that I think their foreign policy is dangerous & irresponsible.

  4. That's a pretty vague answer.
Are we headed in the "appeaser" direction?

Not quite, but this is what I was trying to avoid. Can we have one conversation at a time?

Fair enough, withdrawn. The point remains - Leiberman is still evry liberal except on foreign policy and is unlikely to be selected by McCain. Better?

  7. I'm not sure exactly what a "liberal" foreign policy is versus a "conservative" one.
If you want to say you agree with Lieberman on foreign policy but disagree on social issues, that's fine.

    Done.

  9. I didn't mean for that to read like I'm telling you what to say. That's your business. I'm just trying to understand, is all.
I'm really not trying to start a flame war.

This site has some truly inspired suggestions for Obama. Tell me you wouldn't get behind an Obama-Prime ticket.
