I'll add the term "walk-off" to this list and call it a day.

 

This is inconceivable to me.

 

Huge logos and garish designs on basketball courts.

 

Any talking hair-do that uses "walk-off" to reference anything other than a game-ending home run needs to be beaten with a sock full of lag bolts.

 

Exception requested for "walk-off balk."

 

Championships that are bought rather than earned.

 

Same thing with nearly every team having alternate black jerseys. Can we just have uniforms with two basic colors in them?

Football players raising four fingers at the start of the fourth quarter. We know, it's a big quarter. But both teams do it, it's a meaningless gesture.

 

It's a red X. I can't help but to hate it.
