I tried to find a counter to that argument, but I cannot. Good point.

I couldn't find stats from the last 2-3 years on Tech's blocks.

    Beamer ball.

Mike Vick is about the only QB that goes against the grain. Marcus maybe, but I think attended more because of his brother.
    They were game-changers.
    The vast majority were managers.

Of course. That's a given. I've read a few places that Beam ball isn't what it used to be, though. I also enjoyed the moment mightily last year when ECU blocked the punt and ran it back to beat Tech.

Tyrod can be that type of player. Remember, this will be his first year as THE man. He can't be discounted. Yet. Kid has freakish skills. Now, he's got his chance to show them. He better not eff up.

First game as THE man, and it's against ... Bama. Cody has chunks of guys like Tyrod in his stool.

Pfft. We'll see about that. Cody can't tackle what he can't catch.

Either Ole Miss or Oklahoma State will crash harder than New Coke. I just don't know which one yet.

I just want to say that it was an honor to even be nominated for a chance to get a final spot.

Can I give Florida all the top five spots and then rank 20 other teams?

Yowzer ... there are so many teams in my rough draft top ten that have WAAAAAY too many questions to be ranked so highly most years.

I provisionally have UF at 2. Tried 'em at 1 but I have questions about how they replace Harvin, who had a lot of impact on the Gators' offense (1300 all-purpose yards), and who slots into the offensive tackle spots. Tried 'em at 3 but I'm still waiting for Texas to develop a multi-faceted running game. Still provisional because I have questions about OU's offensive front (no returning starters) and special teams depth.

Hmm ... after reading that graf I think I need to shuffle the order again.
