    No physical gratification allowed. It's like treating drug addiction, the patients have to find a new way to be human. True sex addicts can't go a day without the hookup, doesn't matter who it's with...goes way beyond the random affair(s).

    I'm not sure how many of these women Woods paid. But, I'd bet the ones who came forward weren't. (The vast majority anyway.)

    When it comes to being faithful, I know guys who can and guys who can't. Usually, it comes down to how happy you are in your marriage. Clearly, he wasn't. Woods should never have gotten married in the first place.

    It sounds like your argument is a corollary to the one people make towards women who cry rape on someone who's popular/a star; "why would they have to force it, they've got women chasing them?"

    Well as history shows us, just because someone is attractive does not mean that their every desire is satiated; no even the most desirable ones have wants that are not met and they at times will have to work at it.

    Tiger Woods does not get the benefit of the doubt here; the content of the texts made public so far show that he pursued several of the women and to the point where it got almost cringe-worthy. Clooney he's not.

    I don't think that necessarily makes him a sex addict, tho. He could be just amoral at best, immoral at worst.
