    I'm 31 miles from where that happened. There's been some Twitter speculation, but no confirmation the victim was mentally distressed. Could be. But nothing confirmed yet.

    Following, not over. The sheriff alerted ASP and suspended his deputies as soon as he saw the video. Not sure about the timeline for the Mulberry PD.
