It's only fair to acknowledge the police where they show appropriate restraint when dealing with a suspect.

The cop politely requested that the suspect voluntarily put down the potentially deadly weapon, a big ass rock, eight times. The suspect ignores him each time but the cop did not become upset, or even curse (e.g "I will fucking shoot you"). After the eighth time she strikes at him with the big ass rock saying "fuck you, you son of a bitch". He tasers the suspect but it has no effect (this is typically a PCP user with superhuman strength).

The suspect then curses and strikes at a second officer. They tackle and seem to subdue the suspect at the end. Good job boys.

That's funny/strange/bizarre. A woman with a rock hugged to her side? Walk over and yank it away from her.

Unless you think that rock is a bomb, just walk over there and disarm her. But I support the cops here anyway.

 

Not really pertinent to this particular thread, but sometimes the bad guys shoot first.

My wife taught his younger siblings and met him a few times during parent-teacher conferences. Very sad time for a little community that lost such a brave man way too soon.
