    And do we ever get the Beatles, Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, etc.?

    A ton of sheer awesomeness resulted from the merger of white people with black music. Doesn't seem like a bad thing to me.

    The egregious case of appropriation in the early days was Pat Boone doing horrid, sanitized versions of black artists' songs.

    He didn’t appropriate those songs, he killed them. Strangled and then Burned the dead corpses of those songs.
