    Well, hey, Jordan Peterson's a thing. Maybe his audience is Baby Boomers. Doesn't seem to be.

    I think millennials are smart as hell. They can deconstruct almost anything, and it you wanna talk about going deep and explicating their identities and traumas, they're terrific at that, from what I've seen. It just has a tendency to turn inward and peer outward.

    Makes for good art. TV's really good in part because of it. The "so, like, yeah" guy person is much more incisive than "so, like, yeah."

    Rockabilly -- all early rock and roll, really -- was also part of "appropriating" black music, no? Carl Perkins? Jerry Lee Lewis? Elvis? Bill Haley and His Comets? Buddy Holly?
