Bagging on the Super Bowl halftime show is a time-honored American tradition.
How many good ones have there been since, say, 2000?
Prince. U2. Bruno Mars. Shakira and J-Lo. I guess I'd better throw in Springsteen lest I be devoured by the SJ.com wolves. Any others?

I found that halftime show to be "meh". It was pleasant enough, but there was nothing memorable about it.

I mean, what about that show would you talk about at work tomorrow?

 

At least the NFL got smart. Stop putting stages and other things that are not only tough to get on and off the field quickly, but whose weight - even in segments - can damage natural turf fields.

Better to costume a couple of hundred dancers and put them on the field. Much easier logistically, even if a choreographer or two might disagree.

 

I just played online poker and took a krap during halftime.
