Neckroll, Double 00, and kick ass nose bar. Not to mention the oldschool chinstrap.

Having covered a few games there, it was the darkest building in America.

    Awesome.

These are still around -- MLB Network, baby. Just got done watching the '45 World Series newsreel. :D

I can get behind all of these.

Gotta say, though, I like the experimental rule of nine points for goals from outside the 50-meter line.

Yeah, when TWIB would start, you'd get that high-tempo, disco-ish music before Mel's voice would kick in..DINT, DUNT...DINT, DUNT...DINT-DUNT.

And then see Greg Luzinski smashing a homer onto the inverted black cover just past the wall at the Old Vet. What I loved about TWIB was seeing all of the other uniforms. In those days, 1979-80-81, it was the only time you'd see other uniforms, as we didn't have ESPN then.

Also, Saturday mornings for the Baseball Bunch. Watching Tom Seaver in front of a chalk board breaking down how to calculate a pitcher's ERA was a great lesson in math. Only wish there would have been a 'no gambling in the clubhouse' episode with Bench and Pete Rose.

Maintain an original, by-God Gunslingers t-shirt, in virtual mint condition.

How cool would it have been to see the '44 Series? Cardinals vs Browns, the last Series played in only one stadium.

Shame that the one top-drawer Browns team -- '22 -- couldn't outfinish the Evil Empire.
