I think Stefan's the front-runner, but I keep remembering to season 2, and it seemed at this point we all thought Sam as a lock.

Finally got to see last week's episode at 3 a.m. this morning.

If only Jamie had drawn a "scallop" dish :D

Fabio is hosting a fundraiser at his restaurant tomorrow night. Cooking class, dinner and wine discussion.

I finally watched the show last night.
That is crazy that they sent Jamie home and kept Leah.
    I don't understand it.

I'd pay $100 to learn from Fabio. Stupid wrong coast.

If I was out there I'd go. He'd be fun.

I'll be the ass here. What's so hard to understand? Jamie made a dish that all four judges said was awful. Padma said if she could, she would have sent it back. Leah made a dish that "missed the mark" of imitating the original dish.

I don't like Leah either, but this isn't a popularity contest.

According to Chef Tom, there wasn't much of a debate. From his blog:

  9. Hmmm .... interesting. I do think it kind of makes the regular Top Chef obsolete. I would love to see past judges and other big name chefs on the show. I'd watch, although I'd miss Padma dearly.

    Phew.

This season has taken an odd turn. One of these things is not like the other.

Do not like the faux hawk, or whatever it's called.

I was seriously concerned for Stefan. And very much convinced that past performance played into him staying - they panned his dish far more than Leah's.
