I'm really happy, and surprised, with how well Carla has done the last few weeks. I'm rooting for her to win.

I was okay with Fabio going home. I really wish Jeff would've won the EC, however as I always thought he was a talented chef.

Too bad about Jeff's problems with the device he used to keep his food warm (Tom's blog). That explains why he likely didn't win.

I wonder if had won if they would have sent both Euros home.

At some point, maybe when Stefan went over to help Carla, he said something about smelling something 'burning." Had to be the Sterno Jeff was using which ended up affecting the flavors in the dish.

No spoilers on this thread, agreed?

I'm a Stefan fanboi. He cracks me up.

Hosea is my second choice. And I'm halfway convinced Carla is half Muppet.

Mutant love child of Beaker and Big Bird, Carla is.

He's a mole for Squirrel Nation. Trust me...

I adore Carla and think Hosea is unbelievably annoying.

Stefan is a jerk, but I think he's good.

I kind of liked Hosea's attitude in the preview for the finale. Looked like he nabbed something Stefan needed. Dirty pool? Maybe. But if Stefan is as good as he says then he should be able to overcome.

Ultimately, I'm thinking this will fire Stefan up to where he was in previous challenges and he'll end up winning this whole thing. Then again, I've been wrong before.

The editing of the show has become obscenely manipulative and annoying. Last week we had every judge slamming Stefan, with nice things to say about Fabio....and Fabio goes home.

So it's obvious the show itself doesn't represent what's really happening with the cooking--like Jeff serving Sternofied food--so what's the point? It's an insult to the viewers.

I still like the show & I know they can't show everything, but yeah, if Jeff served sterno-tainted food, they need to tell us that.

Don't hide shit just to build suspense.

If they showed us everything that happened, and gave away you advanced and went home, we'd complain about that too.
