This should be ruled a no contest:

Hiya, Rexman. Hell of a situation, two out, two on, bottom of the ninth. You have a chance to be a hero on national television ... if you don't blow it. That reminds me, I ran into your wife last night at the Tree Lounge. Hell of a dancer, you must be very proud. I'm sure the guy she was with was a close personal friend and all, but tell me, what was he doing wearing her panties on his head?

Uh-oh, Rexy, I don't think this one has the distance.

just thought of another movie I'm glad didn't make the list.. Brewsters Millions
but it has another memorable catcher comment to the batter: "hey dixon...I saw your wife on tv the other day...yeah,she sure is an ugly bitch"

Even Major League 2 is a better choice than half of the others.

  7. I voted for Slap Shot...only because Brian's Song isn't on the list.

  8. Fixed! :p

Not to mention that the last line in Caddyshack is, "Hey everybody, we're all going to get laid."

Plus, watch Caddyshack up close on a computer monitor. There is a lot of funny stuff in the background.

Brewsters Millions has several great lines.

Spike: I don't think it's racial, because I'm in here with you.
    Monty:That's comforting.

That movie is, what maybe 22 years old, and almost everyone who was in it is now dead.

You have successfully disqualified yourself from any future discussions involving cinematic critiques with the monosyllabic and polysyllabic grunts you uttered. Major League 2 sucked ass. Big time.

  12. I think Field of Dreams is hilarious.
