How much does the camera in your license plate frame cost per unit when bought in bulk?

    A dollar?

You're already ganging each car to the next with the brake lines. Wouldn't take much to wire in a camera system.

What's the East Palestine spill going to cost Norfolk-Southern?

Brake upgrades and a camera on every car would probably have cost much less.

    Same for adding crew members.

Yeah, I guess a scan system could work. My first thought was static feeds from each axle/car. My bad.

Just waiting to go around a long, slow curve to look back and see if those vinyl-chloride tankers are fully engulfed!

I actually enjoyed that movie. Some of it was filmed near by dad's little hometown, down by Olean on the NYS-Pennsylvania border.

    Likewise.

I thought it was a very well done update of a dependable genre, the railroad thriller.

There are strict rules for cellphone use by rail crews and what Pine did in that movie prior to the chase would get him a minimum two weeks on the couch.

    Good news.

This will all be sorted out in 10 to 15 years.

I can see how legions of lamebrain imbeciles would be easily persuaded by an account named Truth Puke.
