ESPN may be behind now, but the 40 for 40 film will be epic in 2019. If they show that and The Decision in back-to-back months, TV sets across Ohio will be demolished.

The good thing about Tressel is that he was hands-on and knew what was going on in the program. That's also why he had to go. Other programs like OSU would just have the coach claim he didn't know and didn't want to know.

That's a great column; it's the one we're using to go with the hard news.

Greenstein reports Bodog.com has set odds for the eventual coach:

    • Urban Meyer, 3-2
    • Mark Stoops, 5-2
    • Jon Gruden, 3-1
    • Bo Pelini, 10-1
    • Mark Dantonio, 12-1

Tattoos are tricky business. Since it is a custom designed piece of artwork, each tattoo comes with a different negotiated price between the person getting and the person giving the tattoo.

Perhaps one of board's tatted members can explain better but that's the way it was explained to me.

Investigating every tattoo would be a nightmare.

I don't think any coach/administrator wants to be told "Dan Wetzel" or "Charles Robinson" are on hold for you, either.

    Saban- Won't do it.
    Meyer- Might do it.
Pelini- Gene Smith is out of his fucking mind if he hires him.

Ann Arbor is a different animal. Pryor would have had to trade memorabilia for a pair of Birkenstocks and organic groceries.

15 total current players means there were a lot more than 28 total players across 8-10 years. I'd be surprised to find that only 13 had improper tattoo exchanges from 2001-2008, but then 15 the last two years. Just too drastic of a change.
