Don't besmirch the American values of the voting process. Like it or not, the voters have picked Trump and Clinton*, and efforts to deny the voters their choice are likely to bring out even more supporters for them.

    * Unless Hillary gets recommended for indictment on RICO charges, the Espionage Act, and/or twenty other things. Then I would hope the DNC has enough sense to go to the bullpen and bring out Biden or Kerry.

It's simple. Many true intellectual conservatives feel their values just aren't being represented in this election, so they want to find someone to run, even if they can't possibly win. It's a matter of principle to these folks.

You're not really a conservative if you support Trump.

The democratic process is premised upon an informed and responsible electorate.

A significant percentage of the electorate is utterly ignorant, another large percentage is abjectly misinformed by corporate propaganda, corporatist media decided it needed to suck Trump's cock and give him multiple billions of dollars of free coverage, and a sizable percentage of the electorate has adopted an infantile nihilistic "fuck the world" operative philosophy, thinking it would be "awesome" to elect a president utterly unfit, unsuited and unworthy of the office, just to see what would happen.

I guess YF and some of you get a charge out of it, but it'd be all right with me if our future president stopped calling people "dummy."

Really? Why? If you're going to have somebody of your general ideology in the White House, why not vote for the guy with experience over the guy with no experience? Doesn't Romney have a longer track record of conservatism than Trump? I'm asking in search of answers, not as a rhetorical device.
