Is he really working for me? God no.

I just wish a Republican that knew the issues would learn a little from him about how to take no crap. Mitt Romney was constantly defensive, and apologizing for being wealthy, or trying to hire women.

He let Obama's campaign define him.

But, there are two choices in this election. And, a Republican House will accomplish a lot more with a Republican President.

Can't do that. He'd need to get a buzz cut.

I realize and readily admit I'm a dumbass - but am I the only one who doesn't know what that means? I've only seen one person use it until Old Tony slipped it in recently, so I'm guessing it is one of their smug digs at liberals. But I could be wrong. Google it and it brings you to SJ.com!

To be fair, old_tony doesn't know what it means, either.

This hits the nail on the head about why Trump has gained any traction, let alone gained the nomination. Whether he looks like a buffoon or not, he at least shows some backbone and a fighting spirit. The last two Republican nominees apparently thought the election was on Oct. 3 instead of Nov. 3, and disappeared in the last month of campaigning. For the past four years, the Republican leadership has talked a good game, only to shrink from the stage when it gets to crunch time. In doing so, they've allowed Democrats to marginalize Republican voters and their views.
People are pissed off and dissatisfied with their so-called representatives not living up to their promises. Trump comes along and taps into that dissatisfaction. He gives a voice to their voicelessness. Whether it works out or not, whether it's even a good idea or not, it has provided Republican voters a chance to send a message to their leaders to get off their ass and grow a pair.

Moddy, this acronym was actually revealed during the past week, and I immediately quoted it for posterity. It's buried somewhere among the 1150+ pages of BS somewhere. I will look for it and PM you.

I don't fault you for not catching it - there was once a time when I could keep up with almost every post in the most important threads. I've thrown my hands up in exasperation over the past six months though.

I've already received a PM explaining what it stands for and confirming what I thought.
