State, including Secretary Kerry, think Obama's Syria policy is failing, and needs to change.

So, internal dissent memos are "a longstanding State Department tradition" and Kerry, when asked about the memo, says: "it’s an important statement and I respect the process very, very much."

Does anyone else think it's a pretty large leap to say Kerry's breaking with POTUS? Seems to me to be reading a helluva lot on a pretty vanilla statement.

President Obama really believes that Israel is the problem in the Middle East. Well, Israel and us.

The latest Quinnipiac polls have Clinton +1 in Florida and a dead heat in Ohio. This thing is going down to the wire.

I like how the hawkish J Post highlighted part of Panetta's statement, but not the last two sentences where he essentially said "Yeah, it's not a big deal."

He understood his obligation to Israel, and it pissed him off.

Ok, but how does Kerry feel about Catcher in the Rye and Don Dellilo?

Hmm. What fictional protagonist would John Kerry imagine himself to be?
