    Are you saying the U.S. should be skeptical of Iran and its motives? Would that apply to, say, making a deal on nuclear weapons?

    Yes it seems like a perfectly normal business transaction to put $400 mill in cash on pallets. Nothing to see here.

    This is a dumb, non-story that won't affect the election one bit. The $1.7 billion settlement had been announced and the $400 million installment was part of a highly orchestrated agreement involving a number of things happening, including the beginning of Iran's implementation of the nuclear deal.

    So, why not be transparent and announce this as part of the nuke deal back in January?

    It was reported in January. It was brought back as an August re-run by the WSJ.
