I t wasn't revealed yesterday. It was "revealed" by the government when it happened. Pretty major flaw in the first sentence, no?

 

Were the hostages released before or after the cash arrived ?

Yes, it's also ridiculous that the op-Ed's premise is that it doesn't matter what the truth is; only what "Iran believes," which suggests not only that he has insight into the minds of the Iranians, but that Iran didn't understand what the cash they had fought for over 35 years at the tribunal represented, and that Iran wouldn't engage in opportunistic propaganda. It's idiotic.
