Oh, I think it was quite appropriate to point that out. A lot of people are throwing that 86% out there like it's the vote prediction.

 

This is a first. Liberals citing quotes from neo cons to make a point.

No really -- where is anyone misinterpreting Silver's forecast as a prediction of what the vote total will be? I have never seen any indication of that from anyone.

Here we're kicking around vote totals and the lowest prediction is Trump at 37 percent, which would preclude Hillary from getting more than 63.

 

There's a lot more to the world than what the pundits are kicking around on a single message board.

 

OK ... I'm just looking for one place where the idea of Hillary getting 86.6 percent of the vote is being discussed. Just one.

 

But Shotty, who really believes that any candidate is getting 86% of the vote?

Honestly, JC, I think a lot of people look at that website and think Hillary's the choice of 86% of the voters.

My god, Donald Trump is making a run for the presidency. Let's not overestimate the intelligence of the public in general.
