    B. Can't reach an agreement with Putin regarding Syria

    3. Has to cancel meeting with Philippine President, after Philippine President threatens to curse him.

    If Trump's meeting in Mexico was an embarrassment, what is this?

    Cancelling the meeting with President Trump of the Philipppines was the right move.
