No, the bar cars were only on the New Haven line but they went away about two years ago. They do have drink carts before you get on the train. $6.75 for top shelf.

I commuted from New Haven for several years and rode the bar cars every day. They were amazing. Regular crowd. You knew everyone and had a lot of laughs. Cheers on wheels.
