Summoning their themes from a year ago, the "Morning Joe" crew was bullish on Trump's performance yesterday morning. Mika is convinced that he is going to see big gains in polling from the debate. Joe was less enthusiastic about him, but nonetheless thought he really connected with people before losing energy in the second half. Nicole Wallace kept trying to throw cold water on it all by arguing that he was awful. I had thought I heard her praising his performance in the post-debate analysis, but maybe I was only catching part of it.

 

If I was Trump, I'd reply with "I didn't post that."

Instead, I'll apologize. Sorry that I fell for that.

 

No but it's kind of funny that the media is going down the road with the narrative put out by
the Clinton campaign of the poor scorned Alicia Machado without mentioning that she became
a porn star and playboy centerfold. What could be more damaging to women?

Porn star? Where have you seen that? Not that it matters. It still doesn't excuse Trump's behavior.

 

So should Trump get credit for forcing her into porn with his shaming and abuse or with helping her shed weight so she could make the transition?
