That's pretty standard. No just health care, but any other benefits given to full-time workers.

I don't really have a problem with it if you took the job knowing it was part-time.

It was the best job his mommy and daddy could get him at the time.

OK, fair enough. Let's break it down:

He or his companies were the defendants in 1,896 of 4,056 lawsuits over the past 30 years.

He or his companies were the plaintiffs in 1,684 lawsuits against gamblers who didn't pay debts.

So, excluding lawsuits against gamblers who fail to pay debts (which are standard cost of business for casinos), he or his companies were the defendants in 80 percent of 2,372 the lawsuits in which they were involved.

By contrast, Hillary has been involved in more than 900 lawsuits, a third of which were filed by federal prisoners, political activists or other citizens seeking redress from the government by suing a list of high-ranking officials.

EDIT: I should acknowledge my own mistake, that not 3,500 lawsuits against Trump have been by vendors who claim to have been stiffed.

And, he lost the majority of those suits, I'm guessing?

By the way, I keep getting emails from Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., but not one from Ivanka or even Tiffany.

    Stupid Trump family.

I'm not going to speak for Starman, but in my case, it was JRC, which kept us part-time while "strongly hinting" (read: demanding) we do 40-plus hours of work.

He was sued personally or his company?

Let's just say the editors gave strong implications they'd like to see story volumes out of part-time workers which were highly unrealistic given the hour restrictions.

They made it very clear they didn't want anyone to claim hours in excess of very specific limits. At the same time, they were very happy when people turned in work which fairly obviously could not have been produced in those hours. They eventually lost an arbitration case over a couple really egregious cases.

This was before the days of JRC, but asshole/illegal labor practices are a long tradition in the newspaper industry.

That's bad. Not even smart business.
