You've been one of the most reasonable lefties during this election season, and I salute you for that. But you're just wrong here. Trump could be exactly as BTE described, and the Baron/Cran/OOP/Starman branch of SJLeft would have been defending his every statement and action if he was the Dem nominee. Just as they continue to defend Bill's history of sexual assault and Hillary's history of trashing Bill's victims.

 

Perhaps there should be a tiny shred of evidence before making such an accusation? Your position here seems to be in strong contradiction with your argument that Trump didn't really admit to sexual assault. Either evidence matters or it does not.

I'm sure you will engage in some lame rhetorical game to wiggle your way free, but it might be simpler to just say you were simply trolling/playing devil's advocate in both instances.

 

Who is marginalizing you? Has it occurred to you that you're marginalized because you are boorish and whatever skills you have aren't good enough to outweigh that?

 

With the media on his side, he wouldn't have to act what you call crazy. And the "pussy" tape never comes out, either, because NBC does not collude with the GOP.

And the media would treat his 3 am tweets as an interesting quirk of a man who never sleeps in his quest to make the country great.

 

I've always loved the irony of how the Democrats backed the USSR from 1948 until it fell in 1991. And they they loved Russia up until about this spring. Now they think Russia is the bad guy.
