    You could opt to skip the aspirin and hit Walgreens on the way home. It's called "shopping." And the ACA has pretty much eliminated any chance of people shopping for the best price in medical care. That's not to say it's the ACA's fault, because insurance paying for everything eliminated "shopping" for the best price in health care a long time ago.

    There was never a "shopping" aspect to emergency medical care and anyone who thinks there was isn't someone who should be talking policy.

    And the ACA is not the reason for high premiums/health care costs. As with most of the economic issues in this country it's rampant greed and lack of oversight.
