The Mexican quote is racist. You can parse it down all you want to, but anyone who lives in a heavily immigrant community knows it's a lie.

But let's go with an actual lie, then, a racist one that preys on prejudice:



Columba Bush is in no way an illegal immigrant. She met Jeb in Mexico, married him in 1974 (allowing her entry into the country) and became a citizen in 1979.

It's racist and it's a lie.

 

I think that's the worst thing I've seen, and I don't even interpret it like you do. It's worse than that - he's not saying that Columba Bush is an illegal. He's saying that simply because she's Mexican, he "has to like the Mexican Illegals."
