    Who said that?

I didn't, and never would, say that.

Trump made a very broad statement: Women who receive abortions should face punishment.

The equivalent to that is not Hillary Clinton's stance regarding a very narrow issue on the abortion debate margins.

Then how do mental health exceptions make any ban "meaningless"? Why is this worrisome? Because mental illness is easier to fake?

Is there any requirement that a mental illness be "faked"?

If potential mental distress is enough to qualify for an exception, then any ban is meaningless. You know this.

Dick, are Democrats pressed to define and defend their position on issues like abortion in a way that Republicans are?

Would you say that it concerns you?

You have converted "mental health" into "potential mental distress.'

    Ok. So, what's the standard?

Let's slow it down for a minute, though.

Isn't the real reason the mental health exception exists is as a loophole for permitting women to abort late-term fetuses with severe birth defects or abnormalities?

President Obama said that mental distress shouldn't be enough of a reason to allow for an exception to late term abortion bans.

    Does Hillary agree?

This author takes issue with Obama's comments, and talks of "emotional concerns".

Where Is Obama's Truth on Late Term Abortion?

Should "emotional concerns" be enough to qualify for an exception?
